Thank you for choosing Shropshire Tuning and Adblue Solutions to carry out your fully customised engine remap. We are dedicated to bringing you a quality product which you are fully satisfied. However, please make sure that you read and understand the following points. If you are not happy with any of these, please make sure that you make us aware before we start the process.
All power, torque and mpg figures quoted are estimates. The figures we provide are the figures gained from the same vehicle as yours on a dyno after applying our software. If you dyno your vehicle after our remap without having a dyno before, then you must understand that, without an original figure, the final power output cannot be questioned.
The % gains quoted can differ from car to car. There are also many external factors that affect MPG figures, such as driving style, temperature etc. Shropshire Tuning and AdBlue solutions cannot be held responsible if your vehicle does not meet the expected MPG gains.
Any mechanical or electrical failure after a remap is carried out will not be linked to and is not the responsibility of Shropshire Tuning and Adblue Solutions. Remapping sometimes emphasises an issue already present in a vehicles engine. For example, whilst a vehicle may not have any known problems showing on a diagnostic check or the dashboard, it may, say, have a turbo approaching the end of its life. This will not be evident to the customer or to Shropshire Tuning And Adblue Solutions . Applying a remap may cause the turbo to fail sooner than it would have done anyway. There will be no refunds for any such problems after a remap.
As the owner of the above vehicle, you know, to the best of your knowledge that there are no faults/mechanical issues with the engine or vehicle that may hinder or effect the remapping process. We carry out a full diagnostic check before and after however this doesn’t always show every fault in the vehicle.
As the current keeper of the vehicle, it is your responsibility to know the past history of your vehicle and whether it has been modified or remapped prior to Shropshire Tuning and Adblue Solutions working on it. If you know it has been modified/remapped, then you must make the remapping agent aware immediately before we begin our process. In the very unfortunate event that a previous remap causes ECU failure, Shropshire Tuning and Adblue Solutions not be held responsible.
In the extremely unlikely event of an ECU failure during the remap process, Shropshire Tuning and Adblue Solutions cannot be held responsible, as this could easily be due to a problem over which we have no control. For example, an existing fault within the ECU bought to the forefront by the process or, for example, an unexpected power fault.
As the owner of the car you have been made fully aware by Shropshire Tuning and Solutions that if you proceed With a Dpf Solution software your car is no longer road legal and must only be driven for off road use. You agree to take full responsibility if your car fails future MOT'S once your DPF has been removed both physically by a third party and had the Dpf solution installed.
If the DPF Is physically removed by a mechanic of your choosing or referred by Shropshire Tuning & Adblue Solutions to a third party , we have no involvement and absolved of any blame from any works carried out regarding the physical removal process that is undertaken by them, if there is fault with the removal of this component afterwards then you must take up this issue with that mechanic not Shropshire Tuning and Adblue Solutions as we solely provide the software solution only!
It is the Customers responsibility to read these terms and conditions before proceeding with any work carried out., either on this website or spoken to verbally by the technician on the day. If you have any concerns regarding these terms and conditions it must be made in writing prior to the works carried out and dated.
